🪪 1. What is KYC?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a mandatory identity verification process used by financial institutions and gaming platforms to verify the identity of their users. KYC helps prevent fraud, money laundering, underage participation and other illegal activities.

For Yaar Win Game, completing KYC is a one-time process required before your first real-money withdrawal. Once verified, you can withdraw freely without repeating the process (unless your documents expire or you change key details).

You can use many features of Yaar Win Game without completing KYC. Here is what is and isn't available:

7. KYC Rejection & Appeals

KYC may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Blurry, unclear or illegible document images.
  • Name mismatch between documents and registered account name.
  • Expired or invalid documents.
  • Selfie photo does not clearly match Aadhaar photo.
  • Documents belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
  • Suspected fraudulent or tampered documents.

🔄 8. Updating Your KYC

You may need to update your KYC information in the following situations:

  • Your name changes (e.g. after marriage).
  • You obtain a new PAN card (e.g. due to loss or correction).
  • We request a re-verification for compliance purposes.
  • Your linked bank account or UPI ID changes.

To update KYC details, go to Profile → KYC Settings in the app, or contact our support team. Note that withdrawals may be temporarily paused during a KYC update review period.

10. Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, KYC is verified automatically within a few minutes using our integration with UIDAI and NSDL. If manual review is required, it may take up to 24 hours. You'll receive a notification once approved.
We do not store your full Aadhaar number after verification. Only the last 4 digits are retained for record-keeping purposes. Full Aadhaar data is processed only at the point of verification and is not stored long-term.
No. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. This is a legal requirement. You can play practice modes and earn bonus credits without KYC, but real-money withdrawals require a fully verified account.
