Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Yaar Win Game. By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Yaar Win Game ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the Yaar Win Game mobile application, website at yaarwinind.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, downloading the APK, or using any feature of the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use Yaar Win Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a resident of India and physically located in an eligible state when playing real-money modes.
- Have a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification.
- Possess a valid Aadhaar and PAN card for KYC verification (required for withdrawals).
- Not be a resident of a restricted state (see below) for real-money game modes.
Real-money game modes are NOT available in the following states due to state-level regulations:
Practice (free) modes are available to all eligible users. It is your responsibility to verify the laws applicable in your state before participating in real-money modes.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Creating an Account
You may register one account per mobile number. Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration is your responsibility. You must not impersonate another person or use a false identity.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:
- Keep your OTP and session tokens confidential â never share them with anyone.
- Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Not allow others to use your account.
- Not create multiple accounts or share accounts between users.
3.3 Account Verification
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first real-money withdrawal. This involves submitting Aadhaar and PAN card details. The platform complies with applicable Indian laws regarding identity verification for financial transactions.
4. Gameplay Rules
Yaar Win Game is a skill-based gaming platform. The outcome of games depends on the skill, strategy and knowledge of players, not solely on chance. By participating, you acknowledge:
- All games on the platform are skill-based and comply with the legal definition of skill games under Indian law.
- Game results are final once confirmed by our servers. Results cannot be reversed except in cases of technical malfunction verified by us.
- Entry fees (where applicable) are non-refundable once a game session begins.
- You must play fair â any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through bots, scripts, exploits or collusion is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any game or feature at any time.
Skill-Based
All games require skill, strategy and practice â outcomes are not purely based on chance.
No Bots
Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to play games is a serious violation and grounds for permanent ban.
Fair Play
Collusion, cheating or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
5. Payments & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
Deposits are processed through secure UPI payment gateways. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR). Deposits are credited to your in-app wallet upon successful payment confirmation.
5.2 Winnings & Withdrawal
- Winnings can be withdrawn to your verified UPI ID or bank account after completing KYC.
- Minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are displayed in the app at the time of withdrawal.
- UPI withdrawals typically process within 90 seconds. Bank transfers may take 1â3 business days.
- We reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, pending investigation.
5.3 Taxes
Net winnings from skill games are subject to applicable Indian tax laws. You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your winnings. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be deducted as required by the Income Tax Act.
Bonus coins and welcome credits have separate terms and cannot always be directly withdrawn â check specific bonus terms in the app before using them in real-money modes.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and potential legal action:
- Using automated scripts, bots or third-party tools to play games.
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts with other users.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches or technical errors for unfair advantage.
- Providing false information during registration or KYC.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or staff.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or compromise the platform's security.
- Using the platform while physically located in a restricted state for real-money modes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Yaar Win Game platform â including but not limited to the app design, graphics, game mechanics, logos, text, sounds and software â is the exclusive intellectual property of Yaar Win Game and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
- Any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Funds in your wallet will be reviewed and, subject to investigation, may be returned to your verified payment method or forfeited if obtained through prohibited conduct.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@yaarwinind.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yaar Win Game shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of data, profits or goodwill resulting from platform downtime, bugs or technical issues.
- Unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein.
- Any third-party conduct or content accessible through our platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Contact our support team at support@yaarwinind.com with details of your dispute.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India). The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the Company.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
